Allergies:
Please be advised that we do not bake in an allergen free environment. While we offer items that do not have certain allergens on the ingredient list (gluten and peanuts for example), all our products are baked in a kitchen environment where allergens may be present and cross contamination is possible. Common allergens found in our kitchen include but are not limited to: Peanuts and peanut products, tree nuts, eggs and egg products, dairy products, wheat and gluten, colorants, soy.

Dietary:
We are happy to offer a selection of items that can be adapted to meet different dietary requirements including gluten friendly, dairy free, and vegan. Please note that all our baking is done in an environment where cross contamination is possible. For orders, please contact us directly to discuss what you are looking for, and we will do our very best to make it happen.

Order Policy:
All orders placed on arinhiebert.com must be paid in full at time of ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. As we are a made to order bakery, we can only accept a certain number of orders for. Orders require a minimum of 72 hours advance notice. If your required day is less than 72 hours away, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your order into our schedule.

All orders are non refundable. If you need to cancel for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. This will a) open a slot on that day for another customer, and b) ensure we do not produce your item(s). We will gladly offer a credit for 50% of the amount paid to be applied to a future order, which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Credits must be applied in full to the new order, cannot be split between multiple orders, and must be used by contacting us directly. Credits cannot be redeemed on arinhiebert.com.
While he offers some pretty awesome cakes and treats Arin loves to make your custom cake dreams come true, be it the perfect wedding cake, or just a special flavour combination you know and love. All custom orders, including weddings require a 50 percent non refundable deposit to be paid at time of ordering. If the event is cancelled, this amount will be turned into a credit that can be applied to a future order and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The credit must be applied in full value at time of use, cannot be split between multiple orders, and must be used by contacting us directly. Credits cannot be redeemed on arinhiebert.com. The full balance of any order must be paid prior to delivery.

All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves us. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to our products during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly – such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc.

Arin is a nice guy, and wants you to be happy. He understands that life happens, and plans change. In extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request/needs.

Delivery Policy:
As we do not operate out of an accessible store front, we offer several options for you to get your treats. We do not guarantee delivery times. Deliveries can happen earlier or later than the time quoted. We will call or text upon arrival if the door is not answered and will leave your treats at a safe place of our choosing. We do not take responsibility for anything that may happen to your treats after delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful, additional delivery charges will be applied to your credit card and will attempt delivery the next day.

Within the City of Calgary: $15 + GST delivery anywhere within the city limits.
Surrounding Communities: $30 + GST delivery to Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Bragg Creek and Chestemere.
Custom Cake Deliveries: Subject to an additional delivery fee
Custom Delivery/Setup: Please get in touch with us to discuss options for delivery and set up if you are a bit further of a drive (we love a good road trip to the mountains), or need cake assembly on site. Delivery charges for custom orders will be based on the order and delivery location, and will be discussed prior to finalizing your order.
