Arin Hiebert is a graduate of the Assiniboine College culinary program (Brandon, Manitoba), is the holder of a culinary red seal, and is also an accomplished chocolatier. He has furthered his education in pastry and chocolate in Chicago (one of his favourite cities), at both The French Pastry School, and Chocolate Academy of Chicago. Arin is always on top of emerging trends in baking, and loves to bring them to life in his work. Arin competed on Food Network's Spring Baking Championship in spring of 2020, and was one of three competitors making it to the finale. He has also appeared on local media and blogs, and is always willing to talk about all things baking. (Good luck getting him to stop)!
